Becoming Ignited is a Summer Solstice sound bath experience designed to awaken your energy, strengthen your inner drive, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of vitality. Held at the peak of the sun’s power, the summer solstice represents expansion, illumination, and the full expression of life force. This evening draws upon the qualities of the fire element to create a sound journey that feels energizing, focused, and deeply activating.
Rather than a purely calming experience, this sound bath is intentionally crafted to build momentum within the body. Through a dynamic progression of sound using crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and resonant percussion, the experience works to stimulate circulation, awaken stagnant areas, and encourage a stronger, more embodied presence. The goal is not intensity for the sake of sensation, but a steady and controlled rise in energy that feels purposeful and supportive.
As the journey unfolds, many begin to notice a shift from heaviness into movement, from hesitation into clarity. The fire element is associated with transformation and forward motion, helping to clear internal resistance while strengthening your ability to take action with confidence. This creates an internal environment where motivation feels more natural, decisions feel clearer, and your sense of direction becomes more defined.
To balance the activation, the experience gradually transitions into a grounding phase, allowing the energy that has been built to settle into the body in a stable and sustainable way. This integration is key, ensuring that what is awakened during the session can be carried forward rather than dissipating once the experience ends.
By the end of the evening, you leave feeling recharged, focused, and more connected to your own sense of power and direction. Becoming Ignited is an invitation to step fully into the energy of the season, to reconnect with your inner fire, and to move forward with greater clarity, strength, and intention.

LiveMetta Yoga does provide yoga mats, blankets and bolsters as a first come, first serve basis. Please ensure you bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and any additional comforts you might need.
We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
Before the sound bath begins, you’ll intuitively select a crystal to reveal which chakra is calling for attention. Ginny will open the session with a selenite cleanse, then channel targeted energy work using your chosen crystal directly on the corresponding chakra during the soundbath. Custom Chakra Crystal Healing will be available at $30.
