So what is a Becoming Board?
A Becoming Board is a visual identity map.
Instead of focusing on outcomes you hope to reach one day, it anchors the habits, qualities, and energy of the woman you are becoming in the year ahead.
It brings your future self closer.
Closer enough to act like her now.
Most goal-setting focuses on the finish line.
This workshop looks at who you need to be along the way.
Instead of putting “run a marathon” on a board, we focus on the woman who laces up her shoes, runs around the block three times a week, and slowly becomes a runner 🏃‍♀️
That’s where belief shifts.
That’s where behaviour changes.
What to expect:
