A grounding, supportive workshop for anyone in the postnatal period -- whether you just had a baby a few months ago or you have young kids!
What to Expect:
- Gentle yoga + grounding breathwork
- Mindfulness practices for daily life
- Conversation around identity changes in motherhood
- Creative exercises to reconnect with your evolving self
- Supportive community with other mothers
- Snacks and beverages
- A mini clothing swap to explore personal style in a sustainable, fun way — bring 3–5 gently used postpartum-friendly pieces to exchange
Facilitators:
Vaishi (Seven Mothers): holistic occupational therapy focused on maternal well-being
Stephanie (Thrift the District): Sustainable stylist helping women use secondhand clothing as a tool for expression and confidence during life transitions.
Hosted in Partnership with Local Maternity Thread : Supporting local expecting families through operating maternity clothing closets and facilitating Village Groups for prenatal peer support and community-building.
