The 2-day program is designed to help aspiring wellness workshop facilitators nurture three categories for personal and professional self-exploration, while learning to use their own stories and experiences as lessons. The three categories are:1. Emotional Intelligence through self awareness and understanding emotions.
2. Managing Relationships, including with self, relationship boundaries and communication in relationships.
3. Decision making, through understanding the forming of habits and listening to intuition.
