Become a Vendor at Our Retro Halloween Costume Pop-Up Shop!

We are thrilled to invite local vendors, designers, and creators to participate in our Retro Halloween Costume Pop-Up Shop in Liberty Village, Toronto! This event will bring together fashion enthusiasts & Halloween lovers for a day of shopping, fun, and festive vibes.

Vendor Requirements:

• Must provide Halloween-themed products such as retro/vintage costumes, accessories, clothing, jewelry, decor, makeup, or anything in the spirit of Halloween.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, displays, and payment processing.

What We Provide:

• A designated open space at the event venue. (Vendors must bring their own table or racks)
• Marketing and promotion of the event across social media and our mailing list.
• Power outlets and Wi-Fi access if needed.

Vendor Fees:

• $60.00 per booth space

How to Apply: Please complete the application form below by September 30th, 2024. Selected vendors will be notified by October 1st, 2024.

Once selected, we will request the vendor fee to be paid through Eventbrite.
