BECN Quarterly Networking Event
Join us in person for the BECN Quarterly Networking Event in partnership with the University of Bradford Working Carer Network. Bringing together HR leaders, wellbeing leads, ED&I professionals, and managers from across Bradford. These events help employers learn from each other and build practical relationships across the district.
The Bradford Employer Carer Network (BECN) brings together forward-thinking employers who are committed to supporting colleagues with caring responsibilities. Through shared learning, practical guidance, and a strong community, the Network helps organisations improve retention, wellbeing, and productivity—while making Bradford a truly carer-inclusive district.
Our guest speakers are Professor Clare Mason, Chair of the UoB WCN and Gemma Povey, Project Manager of The Caring Kind Project.
We hope to see working carers and employers together, sharing views and discussions.
