Introduction to Breastfeeding Class
$85.00 includes you and your support person.
Our interactive "Introduction to Breastfeeding Class" is taught by Alison Spath, IBCLC and Jennie Kieffer, CLC. This class is designed for both those who are new to breastfeeding, as well as those who hope to have a better breastfeeding experience than they've had in the past.
The information and concepts presented in our classes follows the best practices of modern lactation science and is supported by solid, up-to-date research.
Class information includes:
What's most important when it comes to building and maintaining your milk supply.
How to feed your baby comfortably.
Latch and positioning techniques and tips.
When and where to find help, and how to recognize if and when you could use help.
Finding your community of breastfeeding/chestfeeding families for support and encouragement.
Answers to any of your questions and concerns.
