Every year, on the third Thursday of November, wine enthusiasts around the world unite to raise their glass of Beaujolais Nouveau. This Vin primeur is made from the Gamay variety of grapes 🍇 . A tradition that dates back to the 1800s when wine makers would celebrate the end of the harvest by serving newly fermented wine.
For the 11th consecutive year - CookShop - will celebrate the arrival by serving the wine paired with a set menu featuring dishes inspired by French cuisine.
