Join us in the Crow's Nest Lounge for a glass of the new 2025 Beaujolais as we celebrate the release of the new Beaujolais Nouveau. Executive Chef Christophe Santos will curate a tasting "nosh" menu to enjoy with the wine. Wine and "nosh" are included in your ticket price.

The new release of Beaujolais, often referred to as Beaujolais Nouveau, is a light, fruity, and fresh red wine. Its character makes it incredibly versatile and perfect for a wide range of food pairings, especially those that are simple, rustic, and convivial.
