Moving with intention, rhythm, and heart. Join us for Beats with Purpose, an energizing, all-levels Vinyasa Flow led by Kimberly Allan, set to live DJ beats of Mood Beach.
This special donation-based class invites you to move beyond the mat and into collective impact where breath, music, and community come together in support of a powerful cause.
All proceeds from the class support the Victoria Native Friendship Community Centre (VNFC) - a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Indigenous individuals and families through programs that foster connection, culture, and holistic wellbeing.
