We will meet 1/18 from 1-3pm.
We have a really fun performance for SKAL in Caldwell (Viking Festival) the following week. 🖤✨🐦‍⬛👯‍♀️
Masks and feathers and paint oh my! If there’s Viking costume you need, we will also have access to the Goddess Closet that is close by our rehearsal space. Be preparing for outdoor performance 🌬️🌧️❄️
The music we are singing and chanting is very approachable, and can be learned in this class. I especially need more breath sounds people.
Also, don’t feel pressured to join on stage if you just wanna join in on our rehearsal class.

This class is open to all women. Bring some water and clothes you can move in (drums, fun dance props, and snackies optional).
This will be a themed class for the new year ✨🌀. We create a portal whenever we meet, as your voice becomes activated- as we sing, share, create a safe place for any energy to happen. Questions about, what are your dreams? What are you going to cultivate this year?
So exciting!
If primal, tribal, dark folk, music is your jam- this your home! 🐺🐋🖤💜💗
No worries about different skill levels. Our songs are designed to be approachable, and most importantly to get us in our heart space (and outta the head! :D).

**Our Journey Includes:**
-Meditation always begins the class to clear them heebie-jeebies from the week.
- Soulful call-and-response singing
-Primal sound exploration
- Play and pray with dance and drums
- Magic of breath and the relaxed body
- Meet and connect with other healers like you
-Optional performances that center around healing events and social change
-Intention and prayer ceremony for your month ahead
-Drink medicinal tea
- And the sharing of your voice and creations
