Coffee Tasting
The best way to learn about coffee is to taste it! In this class, you'll try several single-origin coffees and learn about the flavor profile while honing your palate. As you try coffee, you'll learn about the factors that influence a coffee's final taste and get an overview of how specialty coffee comes to be.
The class will include a tour of the roasting facility with an explanation about how roasting works. At the end of the class, each attendee will receive a bag of the coffee of their choice to brew at home.
If you already enjoy coffee, this experience might make you fall deeper in love. If you don't enjoy coffee, you might find a roast that works for you--or you might just find an appreciation for the craft behind the brew.
