A deeply immersive, full-body listening experience designed to calm the nervous system and invite restorative processes within the mind and body.
There is nothing you need to do.
Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide you into deep rest, inner calm and harmony.
Sessions include overtone-rich instruments such as singing bowls, gong, handpan, flutes and softly sung mantra-style vocals.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Suitable for ages 12+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early as sessions begin promptly.
Transfer requests may be accommodated where possible.
Tickets are non-refundable unless a waiting list allows your space to be filled.
The venue has disabled access.
