Our Hudson Lighthouse series continues! This is a two-fer as we get to visit another iconic lighthouse with the added bonus of Fall colors! We’ll launch from Mine Dock Park into the Hudson River riding the ebb tide to Stony Point Lighthouse, stop for lunch then return with the flood to Bear Mountain. Approx 13 miles. You’ll need a sea/touring kayak with fore and aft bulkheads and be able to self/assist rescue. The Hudson is unpredictable so be prepared for changing conditions. Must realistically be able to paddle 12-13 miles (with breaks).
