In April, its timing aligns with seasonal renewal, mirroring the bear’s cycle from denning to emergence. Working with this moon helps you discern when to conserve energy and when to move forward, planting intentions that are both grounded and potent.
What to expect:
A short opening to call in bear medicine and set communal intention
Guided inward journey/meditation to meet the bear and receive guidance about rest, protection, and timing
Healing with Sound to integrate the wisdom of the bear.
A symbolic planting to root your intentions in the coming lunar cycle
Closing with gratitude, an oath to honor rest/action, and a simple follow‑up practice
