A "Balsam Bash" is an outdoor event where volunteers will manually remove invasive Himalayan Balsam plants from the banks of the Bear Brook, typically by pulling them up by hand.All Welcome!
What to Bring:
Water
A pair of thick gloves (gloves provided if needed)
Packed lunch
Recommended Attire:
Long sleeves & long trousers
Sturdy boots or wellies
Optional Equipment:
Pairs of waders (bring your own or borrow one of our pairs (limited to shoe size))
