Get ready to explore the incredible versatility of legumes. Jill will introduce you to a variety of legumes and teach you how to turn them into dishes bursting with colour, texture and taste. You’ll discover how to use this nutritious ingredient to make your everyday meals healthier without sacrificing flavour.
This class also happens to be vegetarian.
