You’ll learn how to temper chocolate properly, make three beautifully decorated 100g chocolate bars, and dip candied orange batons in silky melted chocolate — with plenty to take home and enjoy.
Whether you come on your own, with a friend, or as an early Mother’s Day treat, it’s a lovely way to spend a morning learning new skills and enjoying some seriously good chocolate.
