Chocolate lovers, get ready to dive into the fascinating world of chocolate, made locally from bean to bar! Harvest Chocolate will cover it all -- from the moment cacao beans are harvested and fermented with farmers to the final, delectable chocolate bars you'll have the pleasure of tasting.
This hands-on experience will take you through every step of the bean-to-bar journey, including tasting fresh cacao fruit, the roasting, cracking, winnowing, and grinding of cocoa beans all while enjoying your very own chocolate flight from Harvest Chocolate's seasonal line-up. It's a truly sensory experience that will deepen your appreciation for the love of chocolate!
Tickets: $30, to be purchased in advance.
Ticket includes: workshop and guided tasting, a flight of seasonal chocolates and a chocolate beverage from our menu.
