Bean Owners Denny Simpson and Jim Nossett are hosting a Bean Rally during Overland Expo West in Flagstaff, Arizona. This much anticipated event will bring Bean owners together from across the country. You must own a Bean Trailer to attend. This Rally is owner hosted and supported by Bean Trailer. The Bean Rally will be a weekend filled with fun, meeting new people, overland expo festivities, and reuniting the Bean Trailer family. First come, first served.

🗺️ Location: This rally will take place in Flagstaff, Arizona at Overland Expo West. Our group campsite will be in the General Admission Campgrounds. Please purchase the following ticket, Vehicle - General Admission Weekend Pass With Camping.

ℹ️ Schedule:
1️⃣ Thursday, May 16th
🔸 7:00 am – Meet at TBD location. We will all line up and caravan into the Overland General Admission Campground. To get campsites next to each other we must drive into the event together! If you don't arrive on time there is no way we can guarantee your spot.
🔸 7:30 am – Last call for the caravan group. The general admission campground opens at 8:00 am.
🔸 8:30 am - 10:30 am – Setup camp
🔸 10:30 am – Leave for the Edge of the World
🔸 3:30 am – Arrive back at camp and register for Bean Olympics. There will be camping games like corn hole and yes a gold metal will be awarded.
🔸 5:00 pm – Demonstation
🔸 6:30 pm – Potluck dinner and movie night
2️⃣ Friday, May 17th
🔸 8:00 am - 5:00 pm – Overland Expo Day #1 and Bean Olympics games will have rounds with finals after dinner
🔸 6:00 pm - Dinner
🔸 After dinner we will have the final two teams for the gold medal of the Bean Olympics.
3️⃣ Saturday, May 18th
🔸 Overland Expo Day #2
🔸 5:00 pm – Demonstation
🔸 6:00 pm – Dinner
4️⃣ Sunday, May 19th
🔸 Overland Expo Day #3
5️⃣ Monday, May 20th
🔸 Pack up and leave in the morning
Jim Nossett will be finding a good off site camping spot to meet up on Wednesday or Thursday morning to travel over to the expo.
