Beam Camp Try it Day!

Join us for a day at Beam Camp right here in Brooklyn! Each month, Beam Camp offers an opportunity to learn about camp and participate in domain workshops led by campers and staff. These workshops have included stained glass, mosaic, toy making, pewter casting, printmaking, fabric dyeing, cyanotype, robotics, and more, and participants are welcome to choose from the options available, or do them all!

These workshops bring us back to summer days, and include camp traditions like name games, reflections, and s’mores! Parents are encouraged to participate as well, and everybody is invited to take their creations home.

Try it Day is open to the public, and you are encouraged to bring friends! If you are interested in hosting a private Beam Camp event, email [email protected] with inquiries!

Info: Campers and families are encouraged to arrive on time for a group warm-up prior to diving into our workshops.

Info: Workshops are generally drop-in based, so everybody is welcome to explore wherever their heart desires! Campers can spend the whole time doing one thing, or they can do a little of everything.
