Beam & Bars Gymnastics Workshop (8-17yrs)

Join us at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor for a high-energy, skill-focused 2-hour Beam & Bars Gymnastics Workshop designed for students who would like to learn how to safely perform a Handstand & Cartwheel on the Beam & Back-Hip Circle on the Bars.

Participants attending this session must be between the ages of 8- 17 years only.

• Ages 8-17yrs only
• Ability Level: To participate, students must be able to perform a Handstand & Cartwheel confidently and unsupported on the floor/ floor line as well as have confidence on the Gymnastics bars.
• Shoes and trainers must be removed before participating.
• No refunds are available.
• A participant registration form must be completed prior to attending — this is required before you can participate.
• Advance bookings only. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
