Beacon's Family Fun Colour Run!
This 5k event is suitable for all ages and as long as you have fun you can run, walk, jog or even skip the distance. The route is three times around the park and during the morning you'll go through a total of 14 colour stations!
Unfortunately this race is not suitable for dogs, however if you rely on a guide dog and would like to take part, please contact a member of the team on [email protected] and we will happily pair you up with a guide runner.
Beacon Centre for the Blind is a charity that helps people living with all forms of sight loss across the Black Country and South Staffordshire. We rely on the support of our local community and last year's colour run event was so much fun, we've decided to do it all over again.
The money raised at this event will help Beacon continue to support the people who need us the most. We are asking all participants to consider raising sponsorship money for the event and to say thank you, anyone who raises over £50 will be sent one of our special Beacon Centre enamel pin badges. The easiest way to collect sponsorship is to set up a Just Giving page however a paper form can be sent to you by contacting our Fundraising Team on [email protected]

What do I need to know?
- All participants (whatever your age) need to wear sunglasses! You need to protect those eyes!
- Wearing a bright white t-shirt will make the colour powder pop!
- The price of the ticket includes a fabulous medal for each participant
- Beacon have a fabulous Colour Run pack available to purchase online when you buy your tickets and a small number will be available for sale on the day. We have an adults pack and a children’s pack which contain a pair of sunglasses, a white sweatband, a Beacon silicon wristband and a paint packet.
- Beacon t-shirts will also be available to buy online and again a small amount will be available on the day. AVAILABLE SOON
