About Beacon Jazz Lab,
Beacon Jazz Lab has been playing around the Hudson Valley for several years, with performances at the East Fishkill Library, Poughkeepsie Landing, and the Poughkeepsie Senior Center. They bring a lively mix of jazz standards and “jazzafied” pop tunes to every set.
The group began as a class at Beacon Music Factory, where Rich Dambra, Hank Greenblatt, and Rich Gugumuck first connected. Gary Torres joined in 2019, rounding out the ensemble and helping shape their dynamic, collaborative sound.
