Join Jess @jesschirch, owner and founder of Collective Flow @collectiveflowmke for beachside yoga and breathwork, deeply themed in nourishing the mind, body and soul. This is an all levels practice- all are welcome.
12-12:30 pm: Mastermind with Transformative Coaching
Led by Haley @simplyhales, BSN owner & founder of Transformative Coaching, this mastermind session is designed to help you check in with your goals, desires, and personal growth journey halfway through the year. Engage in meaningful discussions, share insights, and connect with other badass women as you reflect on your progress, pivot if necessary, and realign your focus for the months ahead.

Important Information:
- This is not a drop in event
- This event is open to all women, regardless of experience level or background.
- Please bring your own yoga mat or towel for the yoga session.
- In the event of rain, the event will still proceed as scheduled. Please dress accordingly.
- Light refreshments will be provided, including samples of Lotza @getlotza, the drink that loves you back. Made with mood-boosting adaptogens for a better buzz, and vitamins and electrolytes for next-day recovery, this sparkling citrus punch will be your new favorite party bev.
