Once a week on a Saturday morning Erika, your regular mobile librarian, brings the Mobile Library South and East to Beachlands. There are for two sessions with a short break in between:
• Session one 9.00am - 10.30am
• Session two 11am - 12.30pm
The mobile library service is part of Auckland Council Libraries. To use the service all you need is your FREE Auckland Libraries card.
YOUR MOBILE LIBRARY SERVICE:
The Mobile Library South and East is a full-sized bus that has books for children, teens and adults.
The mobile library is a pickup location for items ordered online – just look for Mobile South & East in the alphabetical list of libraries.
When visiting the mobile library you can:
• Return items borrowed from Auckland Libraries branches
• Return items borrowed from a mobile library
• Pick up items requested online
• Browse collections for children, teens, and adults
• Get information about digital resources (including eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines)
Items borrowed from the mobile library can be returned to the mobile library, or to any branch of Auckland Libraries.
