Ocean-Inspired Yoga Classes in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Hatha, Yin, and Vinyas blended with meditation.
Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 and 9 am, Wednesday at 5:30 pm. 1-hour class.
Free Class! Donations accepted.
Bring a BLANKET OR LARGE BEACH TOWEL (which works better than a mat in the sand ) and enjoy some awesome beach yoga!
No reservations needed, just show up.
