The men's beach volleyball tournament will take place from 27 July to 10 August according to the official schedule of the 2024 Olympic Games. It will involve 24 teams which will be divided into 6 groups. The resulting quartets will play each opponent. 16 teams will get a ticket to the playoffs - quarter and semi-finals. The strongest will be able to fight in the final.

This discipline was first announced in the Olympic Games programme in 1992 in Barcelona as a demonstration sport and 4 years later in Atlanta - on official rights. In beach volleyball teams consist of two players. Such conditions require endurance and all-round development from the athletes.

For the Olympic Games the Eiffel Tower stadium with a capacity of more than 12 thousand people will be built here but after the tournaments the sports space will be dismantled and the area will be returned to its original appearance.
