This in-person event will be held on the beach right past the lifeguard tower - there is a paid parking lot at 3115 Vistamar St.
What to bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Water Bottle
- Comfortable clothes
- + a bathing suit (if you want to take a dip in the ocean after the sound bath!)
