Hey RCR's,It's been a while but we think it is time to hit the beach again and try to catch the sunrise when we do. Whaaa? Yup, I did say it. We are making a return visit to the beach for our Beach Ruck.
We'll meet up at the old GORUCK HQ location. From there we'll make our trek towards the beach. We'll get some travel time along the water but be prepared to stop for a little PT.
From there we'll loop back and maybe take a slight detour to check out the new location of GORUCK HQ. Afterwards, we'll head back to where we parked and end our little excursion.
Again, with how things are going, we leave the breakfast ideas up to you.
And to answer some of your questions:
1. Ruckpack/weighted vest not required but encouraged.
2. Try to get there by 7:00 on the dot. We may wait a few minutes, but the latest we'll start is 7:05/7:10 am
3. Yes, dogs are always allowed.
4. Participating in the mini-WOD is not required but encouraged.
5. Who doesn't like sand in their boots?
