Become a citizen scientist for the day and join us for a beach clean and litter survey at Branksome Chine Beach. You'll collect valuable data on the litter finding its way to the coast - and keep your local area clean!

World Ocean Week 2026
This year, the Marine Conservation Society are celebrating World Ocean Day (8th June) for a whole week!
With the UK’s Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) launching in 2027, we’ll be focusing on drinks-related pollution throughout the week to shine a spotlight on collective action and prove why DRS is so necessary.
