Barre Workout on Fiesta Island (Donation-Based) - NOW 2x per month
Join Danielle (Yoga & Barre Instructor) for an energizing and fun-filled body-weight barre workout on Fiesta Island! please note: this is a workout class (not a yoga class, though it has some yoga inspiration).
Danielle's barre classes are a fusion of barre, yoga, pilates and strength training to the beat, for a feel good and fun workout! Get ready to sweat, strengthen your body, mind and soul, while taking in the nature and the sea breeze. Whether you're brand new to barre or a longtime practitionner, you're bound to enjoy this event! So grab your yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen, towel (to put under or on top of your mat) and friends, and meet us on the far side of Fiesta Island Park (You'll need to drive almost all the way around the island on a way one street). You won't need any props for this, but if you have small hand weights or ankle weights (1-2 lbs), feel free to bring them! The whole workout can be done without props and it'll still be spicy.

Please note- the location is not the one we will be at. We will be on the other side of the island on a one way road so expect for it to take longer to drive.
