Meet your facilitator
Eleana is a facilitator self-love coach and reiki healer devoted to creating safe, embodied spaces where women can soften, reconnect, and come home to themselves. Her work is rooted in ancient Tantric teachings, woven with modern nervous system awareness, meditation, and gentle somatic practices. She supports deep self-connection and authentic expression by helping women feel — rather than analyse — their inner world. Eleana believes true self-love is not something to think about, but something to experience - in the body, the heart, and the way we relate to ourselves.
