Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, we’ll discover how genuine self-compassion transforms our inner world — softening judgment, dissolving resistance, and allowing love to flow freely. When we become our own sweetheart, life itself begins to feel sweeter: more peaceful, more forgiving, and more whole.

Facilitators: Advanced Certified JewelTree Practitioners Aden Sletta and Swami Sky work lovingly, gently, safely, and effectively to lead participants in Swami Premodaya’s original methods and practices of spiritual understanding.
