Be Unshakable! On and Skratch are coming out to host run club with a focus on strength and nutrition moving into the new year.On will be promoting the newly launched Cloudrunner 3 and will also have Cloudsurfer 2 demos for all intrigued. Come take a test ride! For all participants demoing shoes, you'll increase your chances of winning a pair of On shoes! On will also be raffling a blender and additional gear.
Plank Holding Challenge: Before the run, we will ask participants to join in a plank holding challenge. Participants will be in a challenge against themselves. Instead of it being a "who can hold it the longest", it will be a challenge against your "before run" time. The hope is that participants will do another plank hold after the run to beat their previous time. All participants able to hold their plank longer the second time earn a third raffle ticket.
After the run, build your own protein shake courtesy of On, while Skratch educates you on the benefits and importance of their nutrition lineup.
**Run club consists of a diverse group including runners and walkers of all abilities. Participants complete a lap around Belmar Park (2.5-5 miles), with social time, refreshments and snacks to follow. Swing by the shop a little early if you're new and introduce yourself to our friendly staff! We'll get you sorted!
