Be the One Mental Health Walk & Wellness ClassThe American Legion's "Be the One" is a mission to end veteran suicide by reducing stigma, promoting open conversations about mental health, and empowering individuals to support veterans in crisis, focusing on peer-to-peer connection and providing resources to help one life at a time, making sure "You can Be The One" to make a difference for a struggling veteran.
Join us for our monthly 2.2 mile walk to raise awareness for mental health, followed by an informative class from Columbia University, with training on suicide prevention, risk identification, and communication.
