Every drop matters! Every donor makes a difference!New Holland EMS is proud to partner with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health to host our Community Blood Drive on May 5th from 2:00pm–7:00pm at our station!
Community blood donors play a lifesaving role right here at home. The blood you donate doesn’t just stay on a shelf it is put to use in the hospital, or part of our prehospital blood program, allowing our EMS providers to begin transfusions in the field during life-threatening emergencies. Because of generous donors like you, we are already saving lives in our community before patients ever reach the hospital!
When you donate, you are supporting trauma patients, critically ill medical patients, and families in their most urgent moments.

Requirements for Donation
• Must bring a valid form of ID
• Feel well and healthy at least 3 days before donation
• Age 16-79 and be at least 110 pounds
Age 16 must have parental consent
• Hydrate well and eat a full meal at least 4 hours prior to donation
