Be, Sip, BreatheJoin Katie and Leesa on 10/12, at 6pm, for the kickoff of our Community Wellbeing Series- Meditation and Tea.
We will enjoy a traditional tea ceremony led by Leesa, followed by guided meditation led by Katie. This is an invitation to just come as you are, relax as you can, and break away from the noise of the the world, your mind, & to-do list.
Please bring your mat or anything you wish to keep yourself comfy for 1.5 hours. We have chairs available. You may also wish to bring some water, your journal, and anything that's special to you like crystals or mementos. There will be no yoga in this event. Just tea, chitchats, and guided meditation.

FINE PRINT- tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable. We rely on attendance and while things happen, and please let us know if so, we are not able to eat spots for no-shows. We are holding a place for you. No latecomers. Please arrive healthy and safe. Please allow plenty of time to travel here, park out front, and get settled.
