This series is dedicated to our wonderful community and those who truly need it the most. We hope to restore hope by encouraging healing from within, and embracing love and unity — both for ourselves and one another.

Gentle Movement: Slow, restorative yoga suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
Guided Meditation: Breathing and mindfulness practices to nurture calm and compassion.
Healing Intention and Dedication: A shared space for reflection, gratitude, and release
