Join us for a grounding session of beginner-friendly yoga and guided meditation. Everyone is welcome!
• Cost: Free! No tickets required.
• Donations: Love donations are gratefully accepted for Mason Community Services.
• Location: Mason Community Gardens/Trailhead. Walk past the gardens, cross the bridge, and turn left. We’ll be set up in rows in the clearing.
• Bring: A mat or towel and a water bottle.
• Note: This event is weather permitting.
