Community members are invited to attend Be Kind to Lawyers Day, a special event recognizing the important role attorneys play in protecting citizens' rights and strengthening the justice system. As part of the program, the community will recognize Freddie MW Springfield, Esq., for her unwavering commitment to justice and tireless work protecting the rights of community members. The event is sponsored by the Lorain County Section, of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), the Lorain and Elyria Clubs of the National Negro Business and Professional Women (NBPW), and the Outside Circle Theater Project.
The event will take place Tuesday, April 8 at 12:00 p.m. at the Elyria YWCA, 318 West Avenue, Elyria. The program is free and open to the public, and lunch will be served. ***Reservations are required.
