Be-In Joy Boston

Be-In Joy Boston’ is a place to rediscover joy. Escape from whatever troubles you by participating in an event where the sole purpose is to be happy, spread that happiness and uplift each other. It’s a place to leave behind the worries, laugh freely, and enjoy the company of others who are also there just to be happy. This event centers around positivity and authentic connections and provides the opportunity to break free from the mundane and find your joy.

At the event there will be signs with instructions for active listening and conversational prompts, as well as guidance on how to ground yourself in the moment and tips for staying positive. There will be salsa and belly dancing lessons for those who want to move and groove. We'll be adding additional activities as we raise money and see what we can afford! These are just a few ways to get started, but the most important thing is to be present and contribute to the positive energy surrounding us. The only rule: Positivity only. No negative vibes allowed.
