Be in Charge of This Moment: Free Bodywork & Breema Class

In this evening, you will receive Breema bodywork in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, learn Self-Breema exercises, and experience how you can use the Nine Principles of Harmony to increase body-mind connection. We will introduce perspectives that can help you let go of fear, and replace it with inner strength, balance, and vitality.

We will learn a simple bodywork sequence that you can go home and practice on friends and family! Breema supports you to have an experience of presence and body-mind connection that can extend into your daily activities.

• This event is offered at no charge as part of Santa Cruz Dance Week 2026.
• 6:30-7:00pm Mini-sessions for new students, along with light refreshments
  7:00-8:30pm Class
• Open to all levels

You’ll need to be reasonably comfortable moving and working on a padded floor with other participants. Wear comfortable long pants and socks. No fragrances, please.
