Please join IWIRC New England for our Holiday Luncheon, Annual Meeting, and the Second Presentation of the Sheila Smith Speaker Series at Ocean Prime Boston on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM.

This year’s speaker, Carolyn Manning, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development at The Brattle Group, will lead an interactive program in honor of Sheila’s legacy of promoting and elevating restructuring professionals. Her presentation, “Bankruptcy Branding Bingo,” will be a fun, hands-on experience focused on professional visibility and business development—with a prize for the winner!

We are also honoring Sheila’s generous spirit through a purse and toiletries drive.
Please bring a gently used pocketbook filled with toiletries, makeup, and/or gift card(s) to be donated to homeless and domestic violence shelters. If you’re not able to part with a purse, a collection bin will be available for loose items.

Your ticket includes a delicious lunch, one glass of wine, and priceless networking with old and new friends.
