What better way to join in with Super Rare our annual fundraising campaign and celebrate Rare Disease Day, than becoming an Alpaca Farmer?
Raise £200 we’ll send you a Super Rare t-shirt.
What you’ll be doing
Join us at Alpaca Evolution for a 2 hour experience and walk. Take in the wonder of Alpacas as you walk amongst them and learn about this beautiful creature.
You’ll start the afternoon with a tour of the beautiful Fairwinter Farm, take in the wonder of Alpacas as you walk amongst them and learn about this stunning creature. You’ll walk through fields and tracks to see many alpacas. There are over 900 Alpacas on farm. Then you’ll herd and catch the alpacas, before taking stroll through the farm with your very own alpaca companion, for a leisurely walk back around a different part of the farm to the field where they live.
All together it will take around 2 hours and we will get lots of steps in.
Cost and Fundraising Commitment
Spaces are limited so please book in advance.
Adult £15.00 (£5 will go to Alpaca Evolution)
Child £10.00 (£3 will go to Alpaca Evolution)
Fundraise for DC Action and be there for people living with dyskeratosis congenita and help facilitate clinical knowledge and build expertise of Telomere Biology Disorders.
