Join us!— for the 10th annual Women's conference! Every year the message grows stronger and stronger: Plants + Women = Booming Health! Given the health challenges we’re currently facing, there’s never been a better time to understand the critical link between food and health.
For our March 8th event we have curated an all star lineup to dive into the connection between consuming plants and breast health, heart health, undercarriage health and mental health. What messages will we take away from these experts?
1)We are in control of our health destiny simply by choosing what we eat.
2) Eating more plants is simple, delicious, and affordable —with over a dozen recipes to support you!
Along with these two heartening take-aways, each presenter will be followed by a cooking demo to show how to prepare the exact foods discussed. You will be armed with the why and the how!
All registrants will receive a grocery list in early March that matches our numerous cooking demos. This way you'll have the opportunity to try the same meals at home that we prepare throughout the day. You will leave armed to the teeth and filled to the brim!
When you invest in women, you invest in your community and the future! This event is for anyone, but the focus will squarely be on women—our unique bodies and our powerful minds. Our goal is two-fold: to transform and protect both our own health and the health of our families and communities generation to generation.
Long-lasting, resilient health does not come from a pill, procedure, or technological breakthrough, but from the grocery cart, the garden, and the end of the fork. You are sitting in the driver's seat with the controls in your hands: your fork, knife, and spoon. Use them wisely!
Join us virtually, our 10th annual conference has a Woman Warrior lineup like never before!
