Jerrica Kontos is a coach, consultant and trainer with Ops Boss® Coaching and she is also the Director of Operations for Michael Ferraro, a luxury realtor and serial entrepreneur. Known for igniting action and enthusiasm, Jerrica excels in guiding others through roadmaps to break their ceilings.

Jerrica has demonstrated her strategic prowess and clarity in operation management. Her real estate journey, which began in 2018, saw her rapidly progress from an Executive Assistant to a Director of Operations, aligning strategies and goals to scale new ventures and build a top-performing team, independent brokerage, and flip business.
