This is never an easy subject, but it is one of the most important conversations we can have as horse owners.
Join us for a free evening at Dodderhill Equestrian to gently discuss the choices available when the time comes to say goodbye — whether due to old age, illness, or an emergency situation.
We’ll talk through questions such as:
When is the right time?
What choices do I have?
What happens in an emergency?
Would I choose surgery, travel and stress — or let my horse go peacefully at home?
What options are available afterwards, including burial or cremation?
The aim of the evening is to help owners make calm, informed plans before emotions are ruling the situation. It can also help ensure your yard owner and vets know your wishes, should you not be there when a decision has to be made.
With Jade Pinnington from MBG Vets on hand to discuss the veterinary side and answer questions.
