• All entries and time will be made via Equo online booking system.

• Late entries may be accepted, but this is subject to the number of entries, and before the times have been finalised and published with an additional £2.50 per class.
• Once times have been published NO CHANGES can be made. All withdrawals will be noted.
Refunds will only be made if the event has to be cancelled and full refunds will be made via Equo
