Join us for a monthly hands-on cooking series led by BC Dietitians, where food, evidence-based nutrition, and community come together.

Each month features a new topic, taught by practicing dietitians in a fun, interactive kitchen setting. You will cook, learn practical nutrition strategies, and enjoy the meal together.

July Theme: Bone Health

This class focuses on how to support bone health through balanced, nutrient-rich cooking. We will explore key nutrients such as calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, and vitamin K, and how to incorporate them into everyday meals to support bone strength and long-term health.
